We had 1,106 contacts this year, a 6% increase over 2015. We have 3,766 QSO points, a 15% increase. Our claimed score, with bonuses, will be 5,116 points.
The band conditions at the start of the event were really lousy. Everyone who stuck with it and made contacts should feel proud!
But no matter how proud we feel, next year will be even better. That’s the way it is in the DARC!

I strongly agree about the bands. I couldn’t hear any of the 630 meter test stations, or W1AW. I was not impressed with the space weather!
This is great. Wish the bands were better. Let’s hope they will be next year.
