The Dallas Amateur Radio Club (DARC) meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month. The board meeting is at 6:00 PM, and the general meeting is at 7:00 PM. Both meetings are open to interested members of the public.
DARC meetings take place at the Dallas Medical Center in either the 3rd floor Community Room or the 1st floor cafeteria (usually the 3rd floor). Both rooms are in the main hospital building. Free parking is available in a large lot directly across from the hospital.
The board meetings handle most club business. The general meetings begin with a brief introduction to the club, and then continue with the a featured speaker or presentation. After a short break, club business and announcements are presented. The meeting finishes by 9:00 PM.
VE Exams (HAM Radio License Testing)
