The DARC family and friends mourns the passing Chuck Thompson N5IAG(SK).

Information on Chuck’s funeral services and burial is now available:

Sunday, March 24th, at Sparkman Funeral Home, 1029 S Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX  75081
1:00PM to 2:00PM – Public viewing
2:00PM – Funeral Service 
3:00PM to 4:00PM – Reception

Monday, March 25th, at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX  75211
1:15PM – Burial with Military Funeral Honors

Chuck joined the DARC in January 1984 and according to records became a Life Member of the DARC.    Chuck, along with other members of Dallas REACT worked multiple years to do Dallas Field Day as a joint venture between DARC and Dallas REACT. Chuck passed  peacefully with Judy, his wife and their family at his side at Texas Health Resource Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas Texas. Chuck was an active member of Dallas REACT and held several different positions, multi-term President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Funeral services are pending and will be announced at a later date. Please keep Chuck’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
